Return & Exchange Policy
At Thiccies, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to make an exchange or return, we’ve got you covered!
Free Exchanges and Returns:
- We offer free exchanges and returns for store credit on all orders within 14 days of delivery.
- To initiate an exchange, please email us at support@thicciesathletic.com with the subject line: "EXCHANGE Order # [Your Order Number]."
Conditions for Returns and Exchanges:
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and with tags intact.
- Apparel should be free of stains, deodorant marks, perfume scents, makeup, and animal hair.
- We reserve the right to adjust returns if items are not received in new condition.
Processing Time:
- Please allow up to 5 business days for your return or exchange to be processed once it arrives at our facility.
- You will receive an email notification when your return or exchange has been processed.
Shipping Information:
- We do NOT refund the original shipping charges.
- For packages returned without proper order identification, processing times may be longer.
- We recommend shipping with insurance and tracking, and keeping your shipping receipts until your return is processed. Thiccies is not responsible for missing, damaged, or lost packages in transit when using your own shipping label.
International/FPO & APO Returns:
- If you are an international, FPO, or APO customer who purchased from our U.S. website, please use your own pre-paid label to return items to the United States.
- Include a note in your package indicating whether you would like to exchange for a new item or receive store credit.
